Shipping & Handling Fees
Standard shipping and handling charges are based upon total weight of all items ordered.
We ship all orders USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Service) or FedEx (Federal Express). Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards and insured for the value of the product.
We strive to ship our products within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. If an order is placed early in a business day it usually ships out the same day. If a partial order is shipped separately or backordered you will be emailed with additional tracking numbers or notified of the backorder date and when the item is expected to ship.
Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
You can Track Your Order Status on our website quickly and easily using the Order Number you received via email confirmation.
We will refund the actual purchase price (not including any shipping & handling fees charged) within 30 days of order placed date for any item returned as long as the item has not been opened. The items may have been removed from the shipping container but the packaging seal on the product kit or individual product cannot be broken.
You must contact us first via the Contact Us page to request return authorization and we will provide you with a RMA (return material authorization number). The customer returns the product (at the customer's expense) to the address provided via the RMA, insures the package for the purchase price of the returned products, and contacts us with the return shipping information to include the carrier and tracking number. Upon our receipt of the unopened items in good condition, we will refund you the actual price you paid for each returned product less our order shipping and handling fee.
All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. If product is received damaged, it must be reported to the shipping carrier within 24 hours. All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Please notify us of the damage after you have reported the claim to the shipping company. Upon receiving credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped.
Of course if the incorrect product is shipped, or the product is defective, we will quickly correct it at our expense.
