What is an e-Playmate? How do I become one?
e-PlayMates is our Safe, FUN & Educational Virtual Community on the Internet to participate in the Rocking Horse Community where we extend the accessibility and benefits of the activities, education and services that we offer from our retail store in the Natchitoches, LA community to the entire world of children and parents who have Internet access. This vibrant virtual community participates in our physical store events (live via webcasts) and on-demand via recorded podcasts (available from our Education Resources e-Library) for things such as:

What is your store location and operating hours?
Our retail store is located at 618 Front Street, Natchitoches, LA 71457. Our standard operating hours are Monday - Friday 10 am - 5:30 pm, Saturday 10 am - 6 pm and Sunday 12 - 4 pm. See our About Us page for further details and a map for directions.
Is it safe to shop on your website?
Yes. We use the latest technology and standards to insure your data remains confidential and protected. We use Authorize.net to safely and securely process our online payments. We are members in good standing with the Natchitoches Area Chamber of Commerce and ASTRA: American Specialty Toy Store Retailing Association. How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being received. If an item is not in stock it will be noted on the website. Assuming the item is in stock, most orders take from 2-4 days for delivery time using the major carriers USPS, UPS and FedEx. So the average time from order placed to order received is about 4 days. Can I return a product that I purchased?
Yes. You can return a product within 30 days of receiving it if the product packaging has not been broken. Of course if we sent you the wrong product, or a defective product, we will correct the mistake quickly at our expense. See our Shipping and Handling policies for more detail.
